The Role

What if your expertise could directly shape the future of clinical innovation? We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to play a pivotal role in delivering world class talent across for the client's R&D and clinical roles. This role sits at the heart of our hiring strategy in CEE and across different seniority levels to ensure we attract and secure the talent that drives scientific progress.

You will be accountable for leading end to end recruitment across a broad and complex scope, covering all clinical job families and levels in CEE regions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will combine market insight, strategic thinking, and hands on delivery to support evolving business needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end to end recruitment processes by applying your expertise in managing hiring activities from briefing through to offer.
  • Use your proactive sourcing skills to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high‑quality talent through direct search, networking, and market research.
  • Apply your assessment and decision‑making skills to deliver high quality, engaged candidate shortlists with clear and informed recommendations.
  • Apply your relationship building skills to develop and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements by applying your problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by using your communication skills to provide regular updates and transparency.
  • Apply your attention to detail to produce accurate management information and maintain recruitment systems.
  • Deliver results by using your organisational and performance management skills to meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting for R&D or clinical functions, with understanding of niche talent markets.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing end to end recruitment processes while partnering directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strength in proactive sourcing techniques such as direct search, headhunting, and candidate attraction strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted and long lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to drive change by influencing and improving recruitment processes.
  • Strength in analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Strength in stakeholder influencing and managing competing priorities across multiple roles or projects.
