We are looking for a Graduate Recruiter who brings strong capability in stakeholder management and campus recruitment delivery and is motivated to contribute to impactful hiring and programme development.
You'll work independently in a specialist private banking environment, collaborating with international stakeholders and shaping both hiring outcomes and early careers programmes.
Key Accountabilities- Use your relationship-building skills to collaborate with international stakeholders, providing regular updates and trusted advisory support.
- Apply your recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end campus hiring processes, including events, attraction strategies, and assessment centre planning and delivery.
- Use your proactive approach to operate effectively in a standalone role, taking ownership of delivery without requiring close direction.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment and programme strategies.
- Apply your organisational skills to manage complex, lower-volume hiring with a focus on quality and stakeholder experience.
- Contribute to early careers programme development by using your insights and experience to enhance graduate experiences and outcomes.
- Use your communication skills to guide hiring managers through recruitment processes, supporting informed hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including offshore/onsite teams) to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Apply your coaching skills to support and develop others where required, contributing to future team leadership capability.
- Use your analytical thinking to monitor recruitment progress, identify challenges, and implement improvements proactively.
- Ensure accurate tracking and compliance across all recruitment systems and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Must-have: Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally within early careers, campus, or graduate hiring.
- Experience across multiple hiring cycles ('seasons'), with strong understanding of campus recruitment dynamics.
- Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide consistent progress updates.
- Proven proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a standalone role.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior and international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex recruitment activities (e.g. events, assessment centres) with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Demonstrated maturity, motivation, and accountability in delivering results.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in programme development for early careers or graduate initiatives.
- Familiarity with recruitment within financial services or private banking environments.
- Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment.
- Ability to coach or mentor others, with interest in progressing into a Team Lead role.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment data tracking.
