On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for 3 - Full Stack Developers for an initial 3 Month contract based in Edinburgh/Remotely.
The Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking Full Stack Developers to join a team building an internal AI-powered platform for a leading financial institution. This platform acts as a confidential alternative to public AI tools, enabling teams to build and interact with their own AI-driven chatbots.
One of the key projects involves building a Front Desk for Finance Work, an AIpowered reception desk that gathers information through web forms and provides intelligent, automated responses.
You will be working within an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to a growing backlog of features that extend into 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI adoption within a major bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full stack solutions to enhance the internal AI platform.
- Build and maintain a web-based \"Front Desk\" interface for finance-related workflows.
- Integrate web forms with AI-powered Back End services.
- Contribute to the design, development, and scaling of chatbots and agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to prioritise and deliver features.
- Ensure security, compliance, and confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Full stack development expertise (React, TypeScript, Python).
- Experience with FastAPI or similar Back End frameworks.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and AI/ML integration.
- Experience working with APIs (REST/DAST).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
