Job description - the role

On behalf of Pw C, we are looking for an e Learning Designer (Articulate Storyline 360/Rise) a contract until 31st January 2027 based

Remotely (UK).

Join us as an e Learning Designer (Articulate Storyline 360/Rise).

As e Learning Designer, you will design and develop high-quality interactive courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.

You will create reusable templates, interactions and design components that improve consistency and development efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Produce wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to test concepts and obtain early stakeholder feedback.
  • Build assessments, branching scenarios, simulations and diagnostic activities aligned with agreed learning outcomes.
  • Create and edit graphics, video, audio, animation and support learning assets.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Animate.
  • Use AI-enabled learning and media tools appropriately to accelerate production, generate concepts and enhance learner experiences.

The skills you'll need

  • Expert level in designing and building interactive digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise, from concept through to deployment.
  • Strong capability in translating complex business and technical information into engaging, learner-centred training using methodologies such as ADDIE and action mapping.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop content and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Animate) to create video, audio, graphics, animations and other learning assets.
  • Experienced in learning platform administration, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, Workday LMS deployment, and the use of Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Share Point.
