Join a high-profile Fraud & AI Transformation programme focused on modernising fraud detection, investigation, and monitoring capabilities across a leading financial services organisation.

You'll work at the intersection of fraud operations, data, and technology, translating complex fraud use cases into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Analyse existing fraud monitoring, alert management, and investigation processes to identify automation and AI enhancement opportunities.
  • Translate fraud operations requirements into detailed functional specifications, data mappings, and technical user stories.
  • Document end-to-end fraud workflows, system interactions, data lineage, and control points across multiple platforms.
  • Perform data analysis on fraud-related datasets, reports, and KPIs to validate business requirements and support solution design.
  • Define AI and analytics use cases, including fraud detection, anomaly identification, alert prioritisation, and investigator assistance tools.
  • Partner with data engineers and technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of fraud rules, data models, and reporting requirements.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within Fraud, Financial Crime, AML, Cyber Fraud, or Risk Transformation programmes in financial services.
  • Strong expertise in data mapping, source-to-target analysis, data lineage, and requirements traceability.
  • Hands-on experience analysing complex datasets and validating business requirements using SQL and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of fraud detection processes, case management workflows, transaction monitoring, and alert management environments.
  • Experience producing process maps, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and target operating model documentation.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts with the ability to define practical business use cases and translate them into technical requirements.
