Job description - the role
Purpose of the role: We're looking for a highly organised IT Senior Project Manager (SharePoint) to lead a set of complex delivery workstreams within a deployer and supply chain focused programme. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination across suppliers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Lead and deliver multiple concurrent IT projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate delivery activity across internal technical teams and external suppliers.
- Own and manage RAID logs, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and governance reports.
- Track project financials, forecasts, and overall progress.
- Present updates and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
The skills you'll need:
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects or multi project portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Significant Microsoft 365 expertise: advanced SharePoint knowledge essential.
- Solid understanding of project governance and reporting.
- Comfortable operating in supplier led, complex technical environments.
- Aerospace or Manufacturing industry background would be beneficial.
