We are AMS, a global total workforce solutions firm that enables organisations to thrive in an age of constant change by building, re-shaping, and optimising workforces. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partners with Tesco IMS to support contingent recruitment hiring. On behalf of Tesco IMS, AMS is looking for x2 Business Continuity Planning Analysts for a 6-month contract based in the bank's Newcastle upon Tyne office on a hybrid working model (two times per month in the office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and translate findings into actionable BCPs.
- Develop and execute business readiness and education plans.
- Embed continuity processes throughout the business and across responsible groups (RGs).
- Coordinate and lead testing of continuity plans.
- Conduct remedial actions and run full continuity processes end-to-end.
- Maintain and update scenario libraries and continuity documentation (including Day 2 timelines).
- Conduct gap analyses to account for changes in business operations and timelines.
- Engage with mid-to-senior level internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Business Continuity Planning and Business Impact Analysis.
- Proven ability to operate within an end-to-end operational resilience framework.
- Experience creating and delivering testing plans, remediation, and education initiatives.
- Background in Insurance, Banking, or a Finance-related function.
- Familiarity with ISO 22301.
