The Role

If you are an experienced Senior Recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and building strong talent pipelines, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will support IT and Technology recruitment across the UK & Ireland and Spain markets. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to attract and hire top technical talent in a highly competitive market. Our client is a leading global digital infrastructure and connectivity provider, delivering high-bandwidth network solutions to businesses worldwide. With a strong international presence across Europe, Asia, and North America, the company is recognised for its innovation, customer-focused approach, and commitment to supporting the digital transformation of global enterprises.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
  • Facilitating the interview and selection process
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders
  • Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
  • Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
  • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
  • Undertaking market mapping projects

Skills & Requirements

  • In-depth experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes within tech/IT sector
  • In-depth experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach
  • UK&I, Central And North Europe recruitment experience
