The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 Β£ per year.

On behalf of GLD, we are looking for a Oracle Product Developer (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Remotely with occasional travel to the London office. SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.

As a Oracle Product Developer, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion capabilities (HCM, ERP, Reporting), ensuring solutions align with business processes and operational needs.
  • Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging its components and capabilities.
  • Utilise and optimise Oracle PaaS services and architecture to support solution development and platform enhancements.
  • Apply a solid understanding Oracle's security offerings to ensure secure data flows and compliant system interactions.
  • Provide functional understanding and support across Fusion Financials and HCM.
  • Deliver full life cycle project support - from requirements gathering and technical design through to development, testing, rollout, and post go-live maintenance.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical designs and deliverables.
  • Collaborate proactively with the Service Owner and cross-functional teams to refine user stories, manage backlog items, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Provide day-to-day post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Essential:

  • Development around Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience working with Experienced Delivery teams.
  • Active Security Clearance is required for this position.
