On behalf of National Savings & Investments, we are looking for a M365 Product Manager (Inside IR35) for an 18 Month contract, based Hybrid in London, Glasgow or Durham. NS&I is one of the largest savings organisations in the UK with more than 24 million customers and over £218 billion invested. Responsibilities
- Lead the M365 product road map, driving its adoption and delivery, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
- Manage product life cycle, help build the current roadmap into an actionable plan collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value.
- Translating technical roadmaps into user‑centric experiences and ensuring continued improvement.
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders to identify needs, negotiate priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Guide the entire product life cycle from discovery and design through development, release, and end of life.
- Develop business cases, User stories, align priorities and work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure user needs are met. Always measuring success to improve outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Deep Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experienced in managing the full M365 product life cycle.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage product backlog and roadmaps based on Business & User needs, value, effort and changing priorities.
- Clear and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to align product strategy with business goals in a fast paced environment.
