We are currently recruiting for our Global Recruitment Trainee Programme. It starts with a comprehensive 3-week training programme to give you a solid understanding of the Recruitment Lifecycle and help you gain essential knowledge and skills to thrive in Talent Acquisition. In Week 4, you’ll dive into real-world experience as a Trainee within AMS joining a client account. You’ll won’t be on your own – you’ll have the support of your Line Manager and Skills Coach.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain thorough experience in international recruitment and Talent Acquisition. We’re proud to work with a fantastic portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and regions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Participating in global recruitment initiatives
  • Engaging with international candidates and clients
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to support the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Supporting Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Efforts

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • A clear desire to work in the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment (in person and/or virtual settings)
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis (from an AMS or Client site and from an approved remote location/home) in order to meet AMS and/or client requirements
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
  • Availability to start based on the Programme ‘go live’ date
  • Must be able to provide proof/documentation of eligibility to work in UK&I on a permanent basis

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Previous work experience (paid or unpaid) ideally gained in a customer facing role
  • Expertise in a market sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification
