Deal Support Advisor in Rotherham

On behalf of NatWest, AMS are seeking Deal Support Advisors to provide an excellent service for our clients. The role will be based in Lombard CSO department in Rotherham, Discovery House, S63 7EF

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting the customer journey from documentation through to funding. With a strong focus on document production and operational excellence, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Responsible for responding to customer and stakeholder queries via telephone and email, providing a helpful, professional, and timely service.
• Producing high-quality customer documentation that enables funding to be released quickly and efficiently
• Reviewing invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Managing urgent requests where customers require fast access to funds
• Investigating queries and resolving issues to deliver the best possible outcomes
• Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve manual or inefficient processes
