On behalf of our Financial Services Client, we are looking for a Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract based in the bank's London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.
Purpose of the role
To support our client with a Faster Onboarding project.
Key responsibilities
- Work as a Project Manager to support the migration of onboarding tasks that are currently performed off system onto the existing Onboarding Workflow tool.
- Deep dive root cause analysis into existing Onboarding flows and processes - identify challenges and convert into BofW items.
- Implementation of existing initiatives to a wider set of regions and business flows - e.g. Project Bolt.
- Stand up Faster governance, including pack generations, chairing meetings, actions etc.
- Create a faster onboarding lens across other inflight CLT and non-CLT change
