On behalf of our Financial Services Client we are looking for a PMO AMLA for an initial 6-month contract based in the bank's London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.
Purpose of the role
To Support the EU AML implementation in CB/IB.
Key responsibilities
- Develop governance structure & deliverable tracking for EU AML implementation in CB/IB, desired outcome: detailed roll out plan incl. tech delivery, prioritisation and required resources.
- Establish light-touch oversight & escalation for EU AML implementation.
- Create summary papers / support creation of summary papers on specific topics for various stakeholders (KYC Management, AFC, Business Divisions).
- Coordinate Advocacy inputs into regulatory consultations across CB/IB.
- Support governance, i.e. incl. pack generations, chairing meetings, follow up on actions etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous PMO experience working within another CB/IB.
- Previous AML experience or experience working on the EU AML Implementation in another CB/IB.
- Good stakeholder management experience.
- Experience developing governance structures and tracking deliverables.
