On behalf of PwC, we are recruiting for a Global Payroll Strategy Programme Manager on a 6-month contract based in London.

Join us as a Global Payroll Strategy Programme Manager:

  • To lead and deliver global payroll consulting and transformation solutions for multinational clients, driving operational efficiency and strategic improvement.
  • Manage client engagements from strategy through execution while building strong stakeholder relationships and leading high-performing teams.

What you'll do:

  • Utilise a range of tools and methodologies to analyse industry trends, generate insights, develop strategic solutions, resolve operational challenges, and design future-state payroll functions.
  • Manage small to mid-sized workstreams and lead teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Lead RFP responses for clients seeking consultancy support in defining and implementing global payroll strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within BAU payroll cycles, implement additional control measures where required, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.
  • Manage end-to-end consulting engagements, including proposal development, project scoping, deliverable oversight, and team coordination.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to team members while maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships.
