On behalf of PwC, we are looking for an Executive Assistant for a contract until the end of May with possibility of extension based in Birmingham, on a PAYE day rate engagement, on a hybrid working pattern.
As an Executive Assistant you will provide crucial administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to partners and directors by:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Acting as a first point of contact, answering calls, managing emails, and preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other correspondence according to firm standards.
- Organizing internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, managing IT requirements, and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Planning and booking all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and visas.
- Compiling and preparing presentations and reports using PwC standards and software.
- Maintaining and updating client and internal databases, managing filing systems, and ensuring control over confidential information.
- Handling expense reporting, managing timesheets, and providing general administrative assistance to support the executive and team.
