Our Contingent Workforce Solution (CWS) is one of our service offerings; we act as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provide professional interim and temporary resources.
We are looking for a number of Operations Team Members for a 12-month contract based in Rotherham on behalf of our client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. Please note this role will consist of rotating 12 hour day and night shifts.
As an Operations Team Member you will be:
- Following technical instructions
- Operating high-tech robotic machinery
- Crafting patterns in wax ready for casting
- Measuring and checking blades to ensure they reach our clients' high standards
- Gathering data using digital apps
- Contributing to production plans
- Helping your team find ways to improve processes
There's a lot of attention to detail involved, but there's also plenty of variety in what you do each day and a great sense of achievement at the end of it.
