Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed. Our consultancy client is working with a major Irish Retail Bank on a large-scale transformation programme. On behalf of this client, AMS are looking for multiple Project Managers for initial 6-month contracts based in Dublin (hybrid, 2 days/week on site). Purpose of the role: We\’re working with a leading consultancy delivering a high-profile change programme within one of Ireland\’s largest retail banks. They\’re seeking experienced Project Managers to lead delivery across multiple workstreams, driving critical transformation initiatives. This role offers the chance to oversee complex projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and make a real impact in the Irish Financial Services sector. What you\’ll do: Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within a complex financial services environment. Define scope, create plans, and oversee risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead cross-functional teams including BAs, architects, and technical SMEs. Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication and progress reporting. Support governance, budget management, and regulatory alignment where required. Contribute to continuous improvement in programme delivery.
