We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner for a 6 month contract based in Derby on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. Please note this position is going to be hybrid. Job description – the role The Procurement Business Partner will understand business needs and be responsible for developing relationships in a busy aerospace supply chain environment. As a Procurement Business Partner you will be responsible for: Manage relationships with key personnel, working with multiple stakeholders at various levels across the business Ensure business needs are upheld; contractual terms are adhered to, negotiate where required and deliver viable solutions Deliver projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters. Identify and manage risks and issues proactively Direct and motivate teams that aren't necessarily direct reports.What we require from the candidate: For this Procurement Business Partner role, you will have previous experience with implementing and developing process improvement projects within busy procurement or supply chain environments, ensuring effective and open communication throughout.
