PMO - Operating Model

The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.\\n\\nOn behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a for a PMO – Operating Model for a 6 month contract based in Edinburgh or Manchester – 2 days per week\\n\\nPurpose of the Role:\\n\\nYou will be an integral part of the Business Operations Model team, contributing to various aspects of the platform. You will be crafting detailed business stories to guide development, providing support on multiple projects to ensure their successful execution, and regularly reporting on progress to keep stakeholders informed.As a PMO – Operating Model you will be responsible for:\\n\\nAttending the meetings to manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).\\nAddressing any arising issues and evaluate dependencies.\\nInitiating cost-benefit analyses. This involves assessing the impact on colleagues, particularly focusing on the finance function to identify opportunities for reducing headcount and costs.\\nMonitoring various streams of activity related to the evolution of finance and analyse the development of the future operational model for finance.
