We are partnering with one of the largest Financial Services Consultancies in Ireland to support their contingent recruitment processes. Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed. Our consultancy client is working with a major Irish Retail Bank on a large scale transformation programme. On behalf of this client, AMS are looking for multiple Business Analysts for a initial 6-month contracts based in Dublin (hybrid, 2 days/week on site). Purpose of the role: To support a large-scale transformation programme within the Irish retail banking sector. Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and delivered. Drive analysis and documentation of business processes, data, and systems to support strategic change initiatives.What you\’ll do: Gather, document, and validate business requirements across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, processes, and solutions. Work with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Contribute to process improvement and change adoption initiatives.The skills you\’ll need: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills. Experience working on large-scale transformation or regulatory programmes.
