Overview
On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper. This is working in a supportive and professional environment based in Portishead. Working for an accountancy firm in Portishead, they are seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team.
The Role
You’ll be working on a variety of client bookkeeping systems, with responsibilities including:
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Wages calculations
- Other client‑related bookkeeping tasks
There will also be opportunities to progress into accounts production at a higher level, making this a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their career in accountancy.
The Person
For this role we are looking for someone with bookkeeping experience and knowledge of one or more of the following accounting packages (training provided where needed): Sage (In‑house Line 50 & Online), Xero, QuickBooks, KashFlow.
- Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
