Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Real Estate Assistant. In this role your responsibility will be to manage and supervise a small team of Legal Administrators and support the Operations Manager in their team in Central Bristol.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  1. Actively manage work levels, quality and resources
  2. Monitor and supervise the quality and completion of tasks
  3. Actively monitor Section MI, identify patterns/trends
  4. Holding regular team meetings ensuring that the team are kept updated
  5. Support the Operations manager to develop talent within the team by identifying individual potential.
  6. Supporting team members in achieving agreed objectives through delegation, coaching, mentoring and training.
  7. Support the Operations Manager with the training and induction of new starters
  8. Take ownership of knowledge management and query log and escalate any queries that require further review.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has legal real estate experience and is experienced in HMRC and Land Registry applications. Additional skills and experience would ideally include transactional knowledge / property law / residential property work with a Commercial residential background. Post completion team work experience too.

You will be experienced in carrying out land registry requisitions and enjoy looking into issues and looking at more complex cases in-depth.

In addition to this they are seeking the following skills and experience:

  1. Supervisory experience ideally
