On behalf of our client, we are seeking a B2B Sales Executive. They are looking for an ambitious, talented and proactive business development person to join their growing business.
In this role, you will play a key role in raising the profile of their business and your role will be to generate interest and sales of training materials to Partner Schools across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. You will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities, building relationships and expanding the Partner School client base to grow revenue and profit. This job is best suited to someone who has a good understanding of the sales cycle, experience in Business-to-Business sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work under the direction of the Commercial Director to develop and implement sales plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Nurture partner schools to ensure that they are the partner of choice for their clients.
- Successfully negotiate terms and convert sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive outbound campaigns.
- Deliver compelling and tailored value and needs-based solution demonstrations.
- Attend industry events.
- Monitor market trends to provide input into business and product strategy.
- Report Monthly, Quarterly and Annual results.
- Ensure compliance with CRM hygiene and process.
The Person:
For this role, our client is seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with experience and history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrable ability to conduct thorough customer and industry research to identify opportunities.
- Confident in contacting prospects via phone, email, social media and face-to-face.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Spreadsheets.
- Requires passion, drive & determination to deliver results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets.
- Flexible 'can do’ attitude and adaptable to change.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and software.
- Positive approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The Salary: £35,000 with OTE of £45,000
The Location: North Somerset, Bristol, + Hybrid (3 days per week office based and 2 days from home)
The Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
