The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer (2 PQE) to join a busy property team.

Reporting to the Property Team Lead, you will work autonomously on a day-to-day basis, liaising directly with clients and managing property transactions from start to finish.
You will also work closely with a dedicated property assistant and have the opportunity to contribute to the firms marketing programme and client development initiatives.
Responsibilities will include Manage commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Handle lease matters, including negotiations, renewals and ongoing management.
Conduct searches, enquiries and due diligence as required.
Prepare client reports, care letters and transaction documentation.
Oversee exchange and completion to ensure smooth settlement of matters.
Liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Support and train junior staff, working closely with the property assistant.
Contribute to team development, marketing activity and client growth initiatives.
The Person Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented lawyer who is confident working independently and delivering excellent client service.
You will be organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. 2 years PQE in commercial property work, as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
Proven experience in sales and purchases, leases, searches, reports and exchange/completion.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all client levels.
Strong organisational and IT skills with a keen eye for detail.
The Hours Monday to Friday.
The Salary £35,000 £50,000 per annum, depending on experience The Benefits Competitive salary range with performance bonuses.
