On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Administrator. This is to start in a couple of weeks for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing contract packs
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
- Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
- Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers
- Ensuring work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administration experience, ideally this would be in legal but not essential. They are also looking for someone who is or has:
- Effective record keeping
- Demonstrate high levels of data accuracy
- Good attention to detail
- Be client focussed
- Be supportive of team members
The Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours)
The Location: Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)
The Salary: £13.46 per hour
