The Job: We are seeking a Temporary EA Administration Support to support the Executive Office team. This is a detail-oriented and proactive role that acts as the engine room for administrative operations, delivering proactive support to the Executive Assistant and the wider Executive Team. The role ensures smooth logistical support, allowing senior leaders to focus on strategy. This position reports to the Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Make travel arrangements and venue bookings for board-level meetings.
  • Prepare papers and documentation for board-level meetings.
  • Draft, format and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and manage room bookings.
  • Take concise minutes and track action items.
  • Complete timely expense reporting and coordinate team events or lunches.

The Person: The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and proactive, capable of working autonomously while juggling multiple tasks with a calm, professional demeanour and a positive, energetic attitude. Key requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, helpful tone.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, support or secretarial role.

The Location: Central Bristol, with hybrid working.

The Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

The Hourly Rate: £14 per hour.
