The Company
Our client is a growing organisation operating a multi-brand franchise network across the UK. The central team provides marketing, HR, health and safety, and operational support to franchise partners, helping them develop and grow their local businesses.
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Administrator (30 hours per week) to join their dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Administrator will support the central marketing function and internal stakeholders, delivering excellent service and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities. This role works closely with central office teams and partners across the UK. It reports to the Marketing Manager and involves regular collaboration with colleagues across 3 business sectors.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
- Support implementation of marketing strategies across their business
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media and email channels
- Design graphics and create social media content for franchisees
- Edit website content using the CMS and assist in website development
- Manage design requests from franchisees and ensure timely delivery
- Utilise email marketing systems and other platforms across multiple brands
- Answer telephone calls and respond to marketing and general email enquiries
The Person
The ideal candidate is proactive and collaborative, with a warm, friendly telephone manner and strong communication skills. Key requirements include:
- 1 year marketing experience or a marketing related degree or qualification
- Proficiency with social media channels and ability to create engaging content and videos
- Basic design skills and familiarity with design tools
- Experience with website CMS and email marketing platforms
- Strong numeracy, literacy, IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail as well as excellent people skills

The Hours:
