The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Junior Secretary to join their Real Estate team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of fee earners. You will assist with financial management tasks, including disbursements, client balances, and client-specific billing requirements, and will prepare monthly invoices. You will also manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and support the production of high-quality documents and reports.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the team by carrying out a full range of secretarial tasks.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
- Assist fee earners with financial management, including disbursements and client balances.
- Manage a range of client-specific billing requirements.
- Create monthly invoices to be issued to clients.
- Provide comprehensive diary management for all fee earners.
- Arrange internal and external appointments.
- Make arrangements for meetings and coordinate logistics.
- Book meeting rooms and external venues as required.
- Proofread, amend, and format legal reports and other documents in line with house style.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills and a strong ability to manage a large workload within a busy team environment. You will have gained administration experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment. They are also looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Confident user of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience using case management systems.
- Exceptional prioritising and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a busy environment.
The Salary
£24,500 - £26,000
The Hours
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Bristol (Central Bristol, no car parking)
