The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Account Executive to support the growth and management of corporate partnerships. The role works closely with the CEO and the wider team to deliver and maintain the corporate partnership programme using a structured sales and account-management approach. This position focuses on nurturing existing corporate relationships, engaging prospective partners, and overseeing sponsorship administration. It is a fixed-term role and combines partnership support, commercial coordination, and event-related administration.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the management and growth of the corporate partnership programme using established sales processes and partnership frameworks.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners and sponsors through regular communication and account support.
- Assist with engaging prospective partners and responding to new partnership enquiries.
- Support the onboarding and contracting process for sponsors and corporate members.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, sponsorship inclusions, and deliverables.
- Track contractual obligations and ensure partner benefits are delivered on schedule.
- Assist with invoice management, including raising invoices, monitoring payments, and following up outstanding balances.
- Support reporting and internal tracking of partnership activity and revenue.
- Coordinate conference sponsorships and exhibition bookings with the Events team.
- Support exhibitors and sponsors with stand bookings, logistics, and post-booking administration.
- Ensure sponsor activity is integrated into events, campaigns, and communications.
- Maintain CRM and partnership databases accurately and professionally.
The Person
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and relationship-focused, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. You will be confident working across multiple priorities and will bring a structured approach to partnership and administrative support. Previous experience in account management, sales support, partnerships, customer service, or commercial administration. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
