This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at one of the organisation's largest and most dynamic UK manufacturing sites.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the HR Director and working as part of a close-knit HR team, you'll provide proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a varied role combining employee relations, recruitment, HR operations and people projects, while playing a key role in supporting managers and helping to drive a positive, high-performing culture. The business is on an exciting journey to further develop its people strategy, strengthen leadership capability and enhance employee engagement.
