The Role
- Providing guidance on TUPE processes, employee consultations, and associated HR policies
- Supporting the HR Consultant in preparing documentation and communications
- Assisting with restructuring activities, including employee engagement and compliance with UK employment law
- Ensuring a smooth transition and effective people management during organisational change
About You
- Proven experience in TUPE in projects and restructuring within the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with key stakeholders
