We are partnering with a unique and highly diverse private investment environment to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. Supporting a portfolio of businesses across multiple sectors, this is a rare opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced and varied setting where no two days are the same. This role sits within a small, high-performing HR team and offers broad exposure across multiple entities, including estates, commercial operations and specialist ventures. You will play a key role in delivering both operational and strategic HR support, with a particular focus on estate-based operations in the UK and Ireland.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted partner to managers across the business portfolio, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong, credible relationships across a varied portfolio of businesses
  • Providing hands-on, generalist HR support to key operational areas, including estate-based teams
