About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Early Careers & Talent Partner to build and deliver a sustainable early careers pipeline for a growing UK organisation. You will bridge workforce planning with practical delivery, ensuring the business has the skills and capabilities needed to scale over the next 5 years. You will lead early careers programmes end-to-end from designing outreach strategies and managing academic partnerships, to developing internal talent pathways including graduates, apprenticeships, and upskilling initiatives. You will also partner with senior HR colleagues to support wider HR activity and embed talent strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workforce planning, capability mapping, and succession planning
  • Own and deliver early careers programmes (graduates, apprenticeships, T-Levels)
  • Build and manage relationships with universities, colleges, and industry bodies
  • Drive diversity and STEM outreach initiatives
  • Support internal talent development, mentoring, and continuous learning
  • Provide HR partnering support to the wider team
