A leading Bristol-based professional services business is seeking a People (HR) Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team on a maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner looking to take the next step in their HR career within a highly supportive environment. The organisation offers significant coaching, development and exposure to a wide range of exciting HR and people projects.
The role is ideally full time, although candidates seeking four days per week will also be considered (one working day must be Monday).
The Role
As People Business Partner, you will partner with designated business areas to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR support. Responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Senior Managers to create and deliver division-specific people plans aligned to business objectives
