Are you an experienced in-house recruiter looking for a role where you can take ownership of recruitment and make a real difference? Our client, a well-established charity based in Bath, is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team. This is a standalone recruitment role offering the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle whilst helping to shape and improve recruitment processes and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
The Role
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of vacancies.
- Partnering with hiring managers to attract and recruit high-quality talent.
- Developing sourcing strategies and proactively identifying candidates.
- Supporting onboarding alongside the HR team.
- Promoting inclusive recruitment practices and ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
- Managing the ATS, producing recruitment reports and analysing recruitment KPIs.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and external agencies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, employer branding and ways of working.
About You
Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role is essential.
