The Role
You will support the administration and communication of export control processes, ensuring requests are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with established procedures. No specialist knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with the administration of export control requests, following defined processes accurately and consistently
- Prepare and present information to support informed decision making
- Coordinate and communicate outcomes within the team and, where appropriate, across the wider business
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data quality and traceability
- Assist the team during busy periods to help manage workflow and maintain responsiveness
About You:
- Previous office-based administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
- Confidence presenting information clearly and accurately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
