Our client, a well-established charity based in Bath, is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team.
This is a standalone recruitment role offering the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle whilst helping to shape and improve recruitment processes and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
The Role
Reporting into the HR team, you will be responsible for
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of vacancies.
Partnering with hiring managers to attract and recruit high-quality talent.
Supporting onboarding alongside the HR team.
Promoting inclusive recruitment practices and ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
Managing the ATS, producing recruitment reports and analysing recruitment KPIs.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and external agencies.
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, employer branding and ways of working.
Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
A good understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
Permanent, hybrid role based in Bath.
