We are looking for a
part-time (21 hours per week) Learning & Development Manager
to join our clients People Team. The Company The company is a leading professional services firm committed to creating a people-centred and inclusive workplace. With a focus on employee engagement and development, the organisation values personal and professional growth and fosters a collaborative environment across its workforce. The Role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, duties will include Managing the L&D team and external suppliers, ensuring delivery of high-quality services within budget and SLA expectations. Project managing internal L&D initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Delivering technical and development training aligned to business needs, utilising digital tools where appropriate. Overseeing the apprenticeship programme and early careers training Managing training budgets. Contributing to wider people vision projects, ensuring all initiative support a positive workplace culture and the ongoing development of employees. Taking day-to-day responsibility for the L&D service, escalating challenges as needed. The Person Experience in

roles. Strong relationship-building skills with managers, senior leaders, and colleagues. Comfortable managing projects, budgets and small teams. Competent in Microsoft Office and familiarity with
