Learning & Development Administrator (People Development Administrator)
Location: Chipping Sodbury, Bristol (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 from home)
Salary: £29,500 (hourly equivalent)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

A leading national property services company is seeking a proactive L&DAdministrator/People Development Administrator to join their growing People Development Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, values-led business thats investing in people and culture through a newly created team focused on learning and development.

You\’ll play a vital role in supporting a wide range of development initiatives across the organisation, coordinating training events, maintaining learning records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a key role where your attention to detail, organisational skills and collaborative approach will make a real difference to colleagues across the business.

What youll be doing:

  • Supporting the People Development team with administration, logistics, and coordination of training activities
  • Acting as a first point of contact for development-related queries
  • Organising training events: booking venues, managing attendance, preparing materials
  • Maintaining learning systems and ensuring training records are accurate and compliant
  • Supporting apprenticeship and qualification programmes
  • Helping create and maintain internal learning content and resources
  • Looking for ways to continuously improve processes and team efficiency

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally gained within an L&D or HR Team)
