The Role
- As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with senior managers to shape and deliver people strategies that align with wider business goals.
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement the people plan.
- Leading engagement and cultural initiatives, such as employee forums and wellbeing projects.
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people matters.
- Collaborating across the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Using data and insights to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
The person
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
- An experienced HR Advisor keen to gain Business Partnering experience or someone already working as a BP looking to gain different experience.
- Experience within a professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Confident, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Passionate about driving engagement and cultural change.
The Package
- Salary: £35,000 + bonus and excellent benefits.
- 35 hours per week.
- 25 days holiday.
