We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join a leading international manufacturing organisation at their Abercynon site. Reporting to the Site Director, you will lead the engineering function driving product innovation, team performance, and continuous improvement.
The Role
This is a senior-level opportunity to oversee the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to production—while managing a high-performing engineering team.
