The Company: Our client knows that purchasing or selling a house can be a major life event. With our client, their customers have their own dedicated property lawyer to guide them every step of the way to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Their mission is to transform the conveyancing industry so that buying or selling a home is a smooth and enjoyable experience. The Role: On their behalf we are seeking a Temporary Sales / Customer Service Advisor . This will be to start ASAP and ongoing for the moment. In this role you will be responsible for speaking to customers who have enquired about their service, this role will be predominantly on the telephone so excellent people skills are key for this role. This role is predominately outbound calling customers who have enquired about quotes and therefore a confident telephone manner is required. Responsibilities will include: Making follow up calls to prospective customers who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion Supporting new customers through the instruction process following acceptance of a quote Monitoring and responding to incoming enquiries via email or phone G…
