The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join them for a temporary role on an ongoing basis. This role will be working as a receptionist/administrator, and you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing both phone calls and emails.
  • Liaising with both internal and external customers and members of the team.
  • Making sure documents are up to date.
  • Working on IT systems such as Word and Excel.
  • Managing visitors.
  • Dealing with queries.
  • Carrying out bag searches.

The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administration or receptionist experience.
