The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary EA Administration Support to support the Executive Office team. This is a detail-oriented and proactive role that acts as the engine room for administrative operations, delivering proactive support to the Executive Assistant and the wider Executive Team. The role ensures smooth logistical support, allowing senior leaders to focus on strategy. This position reports to the Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities will include:
- Make travel arrangements and venue bookings for board-level meetings.
- Prepare papers and documentation for board-level meetings.
- Draft, format and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Maintain organised digital filing systems.
