The Company: Our client is a fast-growing, progressive law firm. They work closely with SMEs, banking & finance clients, debt collection companies, High Court Enforcement Agencies and Insolvency Practitioners The Job: On behalf of this client we are seeking a Senior Associate. This will be to join their Commercial Litigation team and to deal with cases of significant size and complexity. The successful candidate must have previous experience of a junior or mid-level management role and have a thorough developed understanding of all aspects of commercial litigation. In this role you will also be expected to be client facing, dealing with enquiries confidently and have a strong record of developing clients, to complement their online optimisation software and CRM system. They require an individual capable of managing a small team dealing with a range of commercial litigation cases which may comprise director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, arbitration proceedings, technically complex contractual disputes, tortious claims, professional negligence and injunctive proceedings (particularly freezing order applications).
