Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation. The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking a Junior Secretary. This role is to support a really busy team based in central Bristol and your role will be to support them with all things administration. Responsibilities will include: Support the team by carrying out all administrative tasks Assisting the fee earners with billing Create the monthly invoices to be issued to the clients Diary management for all fee earners which will include arranging internal and external appointments and, making arrangements for meetings; booking meetings rooms Proof reading, amending and house styling legal reports The Person:
