The Company: Our client is a fast-growing, progressive law firm. They work closely with SMEs, banking & finance clients, debt collection companies, High Court Enforcement Agencies and Insolvency Practitioners The Job: On behalf of this client we are seeking an Insolvency Solicitor. This will be joined our clients team in London and will be dealing withcontentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. They represent a large number of insolvency practitioners (based in London and Nationally), litigation funders and respondents facing claims arising from an insolvency process. Responsibilities will include: Handling all aspects of corporate insolvency including administration appointments (both in court and out of court appointments), all court applications under insolvency legislation, providing advice to IPs, secured lenders and directors. Preparing business and asset sale and purchase agreements out of Administration. Dealing with all aspects of property related transactions in insolvency.
