The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Experienced Family Solicitor within their Care Department . This is a senior position within the Care team, handling complex children law proceedings and providing high-level advocacy across a diverse caseload. The role reports to the Head of the Care Department. It combines strategic case management with direct client interaction. You will work closely with senior colleagues, support junior staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies while delivering excellent service to vulnerable families. Responsibilities will include Provide high-level advocacy in complex care proceedings. Manage a personal caseload, meeting tight deadlines and prioritising work effectively. Handle both public and private children law cases, including intricate care matters. Maintain strong client-facing relationships with a professional, friendly, and reassuring approach. Collaborate with the team, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and internal systems.
