The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Success Executive based in Central Bristol .
This role provides account management and some expertise to the Commercial and Customer Success teams.
You will manage customer onboarding, implementations, and training, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the Technical Customer Success Assistant to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
The role requires strong customer focus, sound technical understanding, and the ability to support multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities will include Manage customer onboarding projects from contract signature through to successful go-live.
Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
